About Alicia
I’ve seen firsthand the highs and lows of dental practices—those that thrive and those that struggle just to make payroll. With over 30 years in the dental field, I’ve worked in nearly every role—dental hygienist, assistant, front office, manager, scheduler, hygiene assistant, patient coordinator, and now, coach. I understand what it takes to build a practice that’s not only profitable but purposeful.
I’ve lived all across the United States, when my husband was in the military—from Indiana to Singapore—witnessing firsthand how leadership, communication, and systems shape a team’s success no matter the location. These experiences taught me that every practice has the potential to flourish when the right systems, strategy, and support are in place.
